Committee Purpose

Since Skylake's inception, this committee has overseen home construction and renovations, making sure the Association's strict architectural guidelines are followed. New home plans are presented by contractors or owners and must be approved before the first shovel of soil is turned. The ABC meets at 10:00 a.m. on the second Tuesday of every even numbered months in the library of the Clubhouse facility. The meeting is open to all property owners.

Homeowners are reminded that if they are contemplating any change to the exterior of their home, they must submit a request form to the ABC.

The most current version of the Building Guidelines and necessary forms may be viewed or downloaded from the Resource Center or obtained from the Skylake Office. The approved paint/stain color sample board is now viewable in the office.
